Complaints and ADR

Last updated: 2 November 2026.

Contact us first

Email info@satyastudios.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line. Include your order reference, which product or service is involved, what went wrong and the outcome you would like. Do not send full card details or account passwords. Complaining does not affect your licence or consumer rights.

What happens next

We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days and provide a substantive reply within 14 working days. If more investigation is needed, we will explain why and give you a revised response date. We will review the order, agreed brief or product description and relevant correspondence, explain our findings and set out the proposed remedy.

Where our missed song-delivery deadline guarantee applies, you receive a full refund and the finished track free of charge, with the agreed rights retained. Other cancellation, fault and remedy rights are set out in the Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

If you remain unhappy

Reply explaining what you disagree with and ask for a final response. Satya Studios is a sole-trader business, so there is no separate corporate appeals department. We will reconsider the points raised and give you a written final position.

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

ADR, such as independent mediation, can help resolve a dispute without court proceedings. We will consider an appropriate independent ADR process on a case-by-case basis. We do not promise in advance to participate in every scheme, and this statement does not claim membership of an ADR body.

If we cannot resolve your complaint, our final response will identify any suitable ADR or other dispute-resolution arrangement available for your dispute, give its contact details and explain whether we are required or willing to participate. You are not required by these terms to use ADR instead of exercising your legal rights.

Other routes remain available

You may seek independent advice from Citizens Advice or contact Trading Standards through the relevant advice service. Data-protection complaints can be raised with the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. Payment-provider dispute routes and your statutory court rights are not restricted by this policy.
